Supervisor - Quality Assurance (Products And Certification)

Job Purpose
Manage product compliance and certification across the company's product lines, ensuring every product meets the standards required for sale in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product certification and compliance requirements for tiles, electric water heaters, sanitaryware and plastic products
- Review test reports and coordinate testing with labs
- Keep technical files and certificates current and audit-ready
- Track changes in product standards and regulations
- Coordinate with production, R&D and external certification bodies
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product standards, compliance, test reports and certification
- Exposure to one or more of: tiles, electric water heaters, sanitaryware or plastic products
- Strong documentation, reporting and MS Office skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Experience with Saudi or GCC product certification schemes (preferred)
