Supervisor - Quality Assurance (Plant)

Minimum 3 years experience
SAR 3000 (incl. accommodation & transport)
Job Purpose
Lead the quality assurance function on the tiles and porcelain plant floor, supervising inspectors and making sure every batch meets product standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QA inspectors and plan daily inspection activities
- Monitor quality at each production stage, from body preparation to sorting and packing
- Ensure tiles meet applicable standards (dimensions, water absorption, strength, surface quality)
- Lead investigations of quality problems and corrective actions
- Review quality records and report performance to management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of quality experience in tiles and porcelain
- Knowledge of tile standards and testing methods
- Experience certificates from related employers
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong reporting skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience (preferred)
