Store Keeper (Accountant)

Minimum 2 years experience
SAR 1400 + 200 (incl. accommodation & transport)
Job Purpose
Manage raw material, spare parts and finished goods stores in a large textile operation, combining inventory control with accounting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store and issue materials (cotton, yarn, spares, consumables and finished goods)
- Maintain stock records, GRNs, issue slips and stock ledgers
- Carry out periodic stock counts and reconcile differences
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise replenishment requests
- Maintain stock valuation and related accounting entries
- Keep the store organised, safe and ready for audit
Requirements
- Commerce / Accounting graduate (B.Com or equivalent)
- Experience as Store Keeper or Store Accountant in a manufacturing environment, preferably cotton textile
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Accurate record keeping and good numerical skills
- Experience with ERP systems or Tally (preferred)
