Production Manager

SAR 8000 onwards (incl. accommodation & transport)
Job Purpose
Lead production operations at a large cotton textile plant. You will be responsible for output, efficiency and quality across the production floor and will manage a multi-skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and control daily, weekly and monthly production to meet volume, quality and delivery targets
- Oversee spinning, weaving, looming and finishing operations
- Improve line efficiency and reduce wastage and downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores and planning
- Lead, train and evaluate supervisors and production staff
- Implement and enforce SOPs, safety and quality standards
- Prepare production reports and present KPIs to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large factories, with strong exposure to cotton textile production
- Proven production planning and team leadership skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and production reporting
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (preferred)
- Prior experience in a Gulf country (preferred)
