Factory Manager

Job Purpose
Senior on-site position, with full responsibility for the running of a large cotton textile factory. Reports directly to top management and is accountable for production, people, cost and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Head overall factory operations: production, maintenance, quality, stores, logistics and administration
- Set operating plans, budgets and performance targets
- Control costs, capacity utilisation and on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety and environmental requirements
- Build and lead the factory management team
- Drive modernisation, process improvement and automation
- Report factory performance to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large factories, with strong exposure to cotton textile production
- Experience managing a full factory or major plant division
- Strong leadership, budgeting and decision-making skills
- Experience with plant modernisation or expansion projects (preferred)
- Prior experience in a Gulf country (preferred)
